I am putting together a contact list for everyone to have in order for each of us to communicate better. If you were not at the planning meeting on Thursday, August 12, please email me the following information:

1. Parent name
2. Mailing address
3. Email
4. Phone number
5. Names and ages of children

I did not ask for the children's ages at the meeting;however, I think it could be helpful when planning some of our fieldtrips or other events. My email address is staceyandblake@yahoo.com.
