Girls' Class Plan and Materials Needed

I'm sure many of you have wondered how the girls' class is shaping up so here's the plan. I plan to teach the girls simple stitching, hand embroidery and tatting on a project that will wind up as a pillow. This project will require several classes to complete - maybe as many as 6 of our meetings. For the first meeting - Sept. 11 - your girls will need the following supplies which can be found in the fabric section of Wal-Mart:

• a small embroidery hoop
• an embroidery needle

The following things will be provided for you:

• material for the pillow
• embroidery thread

Moms, I'll still need your help until this project is done and then for you to teach classes once this project is done. If you have questions, you may email me at mom2rhk@yahoo.com
